This Thursday, the Generalitat Valenciana will ask the central government for the collaboration of 150 of the 2,000 military trackers that the Executive has made available to the Autonomous Communities to control the spread of the coronavirus.
This has been confirmed by sources of the Generalitat, after the president, Ximo PuigThis request, which was specified for the metropolitan area of Valencia in the Tele5 Summer Programme, was advanced before this morning’s meeting of the Integrated Operational Coordination Centre (Cecopi) to discuss the application of measures to control outbreaks of COVID-19.
The Valencian government is the second to show its intention to request the collaboration of military trackers, after it did so this Wednesday Murciawho has asked for 60 trackers.
